Kiva's Circle has had a long journey to grow. We started in 2023, making educational videos for adults, but soon realized how challenging that would be to reach our goal. Now with tax exemption in hand and a mission to teach the world about civic-minded affairs, we are working to change the way America works.

We aim to dispel myths and enlighten Oregon about the possibility that we can change the future with an attempt at resurrecting the past.
At Kiva's Circle we aim to include ALL citizens in the deliberation for a better democracy here in Klamath County. We are working toward developing a process where young people can come together to discuss and decide on issues that affect the lives and homes of citizens.
The roots of deliberative democracy can be traced back to Aristotle. One purpose of populist deliberative democracy can be to use deliberation among a group of lay citizens to distill a more authentic public opinion about societal issues for other decision-makers to consider.
